JustVerified is an organisation working in the domain of verification like background checks for various purposes like address,employment,education,matrimonial,any KYC documents checks, etc and hence deploy various methods in the process of verification which include data from primary and secondary sources also. However the process, consequential issues, inconsequential issues, risks and liabilities that arise in the complete transaction are guided and governed by the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Justverified is a service provider and hence shall deliver the service [s] that are selected and paid by the clients who register for the service. Besides, the client may also use any of the other facility/service that are applicable by paying the fee/cost as applicable.

2. The process of verification may require the services individuals/ organizations and hence we may subcontract any part of the requested service thereof to a compètent individual organization, with or without consent or disclosing it to client.

3. We shall execute the verification process in a diligent and professional manner, however shall not be responsible for the inaccuracies or inconsistencies originating from such sources which are relevant source of information.

4. Subsequent to the information provided based on the verification, the responsibility of such information provided and compliances with the laws of the land in possessing/utilization/dissemination of such information provided thereof will be of the verifier (registered user) using our services. The applicant hence shall keep in mind the relevant privacy and secrecy laws of the land and that of data protection, as user of the services provided by us. The applicant will take responsibility for generating the data and all the permissions/compliances that go with the requested service. In further, Justverified shall have all the rights to possess/disseminate such information without any prejudice or consent from any individual or organization. However the client shall inform Justverified explicitly with regard to the confidentiality of the information if he/she desires so.

5. The information from or through us is provided "as-is", "as available" and hence is bound by all warranties expressed or implied and disclaimed (including but not limited to the disclaimer of any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) thereon. The information may contain errors, problems or other limitations. Our sole and entire maximum liability for any inaccurate information, for any reason, user's sole and exclusive remedy for any cause whatsoever, shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the information received (if any).

6. Justverified will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages (including damages for loss of business, loss of profits, litigation, or the like) rising out of, whether based on breach of contract, breach of warranty, tort (including negligence), product liability or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damage. The limitations of damages set forth above are fundamental elements of the basis of the bargain between us and client. We would not provide this site and information without such limitations. No representations, warranties or guarantees whatsoever are made as to the accuracy, adequacy, reliability, correctness, completeness, suitability or applicability of the information to a particular situation.

7. By agreeing to use Justverified and its services, a user allows Justverified to get in touch with him/her from time to time on events or offers. Justverified can use your email address and/or telephone number for this purpose.

8. The services are entirely voluntarily in nature and subscriber may terminate their participation at any point of time. If the subscriber or registered user decides to terminate the service requested, the charges paid for that service is nonrefundable.

9. Any information so received through the Justverified will be published either in whole or in part in JustVerified website for the purpose of cross checking by anyone ,who wants to take the services of our client.If any clients does not want to display or publish there information in the website,they need to give a prior mail to JustVerified regarding this. In the absence of such mail,JustVerified is not responsible for such publication in Website.JustVerified will maintain confidentiality of all personal information [other than that meant for posting or transmission] furnished by clients,if it had received any mail regarding non publication of information.However, JustVerified may divulge such information ,if required by statutory bodies.

10. Justverified during the process of verification generates 'Work Proof'. This proof is in sum and substance an expression of direct/indirect contact with the original source of verification.

11. Justverified is a verification portal and will only share information available on records,neither we certify character/genuineness of the persons/documents respectively

12. Participation in the service necessarily entails being contacted online and/or offline by Justverified for the verification of personal details

13. Justverified may from time to time modify these Terms and Conditions.The Clients can see the most updated version at www.justverified.in. By agreeing to the use of services of JustVerified the client’s agree to the latest version of the Terms of Use which we can update at any time. The clients are hereby informed to be update themselves on Terms of use from time to time and discontinue the membership if any clause is contrary to the satisfaction of the client.

14. We offer a 100% refund if we are unable to provide the services requested by client,keeping in mind the clause that defines 'Evidence of Work'. Charges will be refunded if and only if, given all required information for verification are fully correct and JustVerified has not been able to verify the information. The refund policy will not apply, if the registered member (User of this service) has posted incorrect and erroneous information, which has led to unsuccessful completion of verification. If however, you choose to terminate your services requested, the fees for services are NOT REFUNDABLE under any circumstances.

16. Justverified can extend the time for deliverance of verification report in case of any uncertainties & the customer will be intimated about the extension of time accordingly.

17. In case, after submitting request for verification customer cancels the subscription of service, Justverified will refund the amount paid for subscription after deducting the service tax and service charges.

18. The Membership/Subscription to our services is non-transferable.

19. The turnaround time for each committed service is dependent and driven by the highest turnaround time for the service the client has chosen, hence the highest turnaround time in the basket of services chosen will be considered as the 'Estimated Date of Completion’.

20. Neither Justverified nor our agencies make any representations or warranties regarding the confidentiality of the information voluntarily disbursed through the Justverified and would be treated as information belonging to the public domain.

21. Turn-Around-Time depends on the number of working days available and many other factors therefore .We can count office holidays like Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays in calculating Turn-Around-Time, 22. Locations where services cannot be provided by Justverified can be subscribed by paying extra charges for which the TAT will be more than the normal verifications.

23. The portal will not be liable and responsible for any breach caused due the force majeure events such as acts of god, fire, lightening and/or any similar event which is beyond the control of the firm.

24.JustVerified has the right to display the certification in its website for the use of general public, when required, by proper registration of the process .In case ,client(s) wants to keep it secret or confidential ,than client has to give a mail in this regard ,not to disclose the verification information in the website.
